Global Needs

According to the World Health Organization, mental health conditions are increasing worldwide. Most Americans have access to mental health resources. However, many impoverished communities abroad do not.

Ministry Purpose

To address these global concerns, one of the primary initiatives of Wellsprings Ministry, Inc. is to bring mental health services and psychoeducation to impoverished areas abroad.

Upcoming Trips:

HONDURAS

In both early and late June 2024, Wellsprings Ministry is partnering with Medical Missions Outreach (https://medical-outreach.com/) again in two different locations in Honduras. Two teams, of four mental health counselors for each trip, will provide "Medically Informed Soul Care" to hundreds of patients. They will provide both 1:1 services and group psychoeducation on various mental health topics.
